LLM Construction Law

This is a core module of the PgDip and LL.M. in Construction Law (from 2010-11 onwards). It is aimed at those coming from a legal background and offers an introduction and overview of the construction industry.

This module is for PgDip or LL.M. students in Construction Law (from 2010-11 onwards) who do not have a law degree. It introduces the student to basic issues of legal process the law of contract and other obligations.

This 20 credit module is compulsory for all PgDip and LLM students in Construction Law. It examines various legal issues relating to constructions management such as procurement, planning and environmental law, health and safety, and private finance initiatives.
